My service / MOT is due, can I get the work done?
Yes, we are pleased to announce that we are now open for service and MOT bookings, by appointment only. We have a small team working initially but if your service was postponed or you contacted us during lockdown, we will be in touch with you shortly to reschedule your booking.
We are now open for MOT's, with the combined backlog and high demand for this service at the end of the extension period, we advise that you make a booking in advance. It is vital that your vehicle has a safety check every 12 months, to ensure that it is roadworthy and legal.
We have been updating our company processes and procedures as we plan our return to a safe, social distancing workplace. Service customers will be met outside of our Land Rover building in our servicing drive-through area by one member of staff.

Can I still enquire on new and used vehicles, will you be able to help me?
Yes, our Sales Managers are handling all sales enquiries via phone, live chat or email. We are also offering virtual appointments to all customers, across several platforms. You will have the opportunity to speak to a Sales Manager, to ask questions and discuss your requirements in detail, from the comfort of your own home. Will my vehicle be sanitised whilst at Roger Young?
Yes, every vehicle will be sanitised on arrival and before final handover (see video below), this also extends to our courtesy cars. A disposable seat and steering wheel cover will be placed on your vehicle once it has been sanitised and before it enters our workshop. All technicians wear disposable gloves, which are replaced after every vehicle.
